Comments Alex Anime series about a guy who goes through, basically, boot camp to fight in a war against a Demonic horde, only for the war to end before his graduation, leaving him with no useful skills, and ultimately forcing him to get a job in retail. This feels like one of those premises that wouldn’t work in a country with something like the G.I. Bill.

Finally, the picks of the week. Blaine says, “The must own titles this week include The Twilight Zone, Guardians of the Galaxy, and The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari. The only question is about whether this week’s release offers the content in the format of your preference.” Alex says, “Moontrap is a movie that I’ve kind of been interested in watching for a while – though The Twilight Zone and the Cabinet of Dr. Caligari are bigger must-owns. I’d hold off on Guardians of the Galaxy until the DVD and Blu-Ray releases come out a little later.

  1. Moontrap is a terrible movie. Not even “so bad it’s good” bad, just bad.

I too will wait for the blu-ray version of Guardians of the Galaxy.
