Threshold was definitive proff that yes, Braga was really a big problem for Star Trek.

It was a good action movie. It finally gave us Data kicking some ass, and the Borg queen might have turned into a depressingly lame and overused character, but she was deliciously creepy in this movie.
Basically, it was the last good ST movie. Meaning that the single-digit even numbered ST movies are good (the single-digit rule having appeared when Nemesis came out ;-)

It was a good action movie. You don't need a "single digit" rule, you just need an overriding "multiple of five" rule.

I believe it was Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. If memory serves, that's the one where Kirk fights God and wins. I'm an Atheist, and even I'm offended by that one. (I haven't seen it, as a person who taught himself Klingon told me it would be a waste of my time, but I read the script online.)

That wasn't God, but there are plenty of other reasons for that movie to offend everyone of every race and creed.

It was God in the draft of the script I read. Perhaps some of that studio meddling Shatner complained about removed that particular label from the character. (If so, the studio meddling did something right for a change...)

Yeah, I have to say Braga has had his ups and downs, and I really liked First Contact... It seems to me that this is the statement we want from Berman rather than Braga though.

I like Threshold. It can be a little "moster of the week", except every week its the same monsters (just a new way of acting up).

As far as alien invasion stories go, I think its an interesting and novel concept.

Most of the acting is good, though they do too much walking down hallways spouting exposition.
