My money's on "Girl in the Fireplace", though I could see the Anthony Stewart Head / Elisabeth Sladen vote on "School Reunion" making for a close race.

I haven't had time to look, but (as you likely know) most of the shorter fiction ends up on ine by summer at sites run by the magazines that published them.
