BIRDS OF PREY #106 - Gail Simone is wrapping up her run before moving on to Wonder Woman.
COUNTDOWN 49
ENCYCLOPEDIA OF COMICBOOK HEROES VOL 1 BATMAN
MEGATOKYO VOL 5 - The reviews of this series are a couple of volumes behind. If you're a gamer, you'll probably really enjoy the humour in these.
ROBIN #162
SUPERGIRL AND THE LEGION OF SUPER HEROES #30
SUPERMAN BATMAN #35
SUPERMAN BATMAN VS ALIENS PREDATORS TP
WONDER WOMAN #9
Marvel Comics
BLACK PANTHER CIVIL WAR TP - Includes issues 19-25, the last four of which were reviewed here. As soon as Black Panther is out of the Fantastic Four, I'll be dropping the title.
CAPTAIN AMERICA #26 - They killed the title character in issue 25. As the denizens of the Buffyverse once sang, where do we go from here?
CRIMINAL #6 - This is a great crime series from Ed Brubaker. This starts a new story arc; jump on now if you haven't already.
FANTASTIC FOUR #546 - Still with Storm and T'Challa, though the issue of Previews due to be published next week implies the end of that is in sight.
FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD SPIDER-MAN ANNUAL #1
HEROES FOR HIRE #10 - I jumped on for Civil War, stayed on for the new Tarantula, and will ride it at least through World War Hulk. After that, no promises; the new Tarantula just isn't getting the attention that I'd hoped for, and the rest of the team just isn't very interesting.
IRREDEEMABLE ANT-MAN #8 - I've heard this is funny. The World War Hulk issue (#10) is the only one I currently plan to get, as the samples I've read aren't nearly as funny as Cable and Deadpool usually is.
SHE-HULK 2 #18 - Now we get to read the story that was continued two weeks ago.
X-MEN #199 - This fall's big X-event starts here next issue. I'll be jumping on to the title with this issue, as I suspect it'll impact Cable and Deadpool and vice versa.
Star Trek fans will want to buy IDW's Klingons #2: Blood Will Tell, a fairly amusing retelling of "The Trouble With Tribbles" from the Klingon perspective. It does a decent job of reconciling aspects of TOS and NextGen depictions of Klingons, and also features a cameo by the timewarped Sisko from "Trials and Tribble-ations."
