I’m busy right now so this week’s Fringe gets a discussion and not a review. The ongoing story arc has alternate realities looming, Not-Charlie plotting, and Dunham hearing things. The main plot features a sinister scarecrow, missing persons, and a little creep in a small town. With this freak-of-the-week ep, Fringe more than ever recalls X-Files.
This week’s Fringe episode features an electrifying premise, but its mad science is for the birds.

It’s a little on the flamebait side, but the author makes 5 excellent points on why no one seems excited about the new X-File flick.

Fox confirmed yesterday that a second X-Files film is in production and will be out next July.
Okay, this isn’t really an X-Files article, but it’s the sort of thing Mulder and Scully would have investigated.
Then again, perhaps the Maine setting makes it a more appropriate tale for Stephen King.
